Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I really pay nothing until delivery?
Yes. Every order is cash on delivery — no card payment, no deposit. You check the furniture at your door and pay in cash only when you're happy with it.
Is delivery really free, everywhere in the UK?
Yes — home delivery is free anywhere in the UK, from our own warehouse, on the day agreed when you order.
Which sizes do the beds come in?
All beds come in Single (3ft), Double (4ft 6in), King (5ft) and Super King (6ft). Wardrobes and drawers come in all sizes too — other sizes are available on request, just ask on WhatsApp.
How does the mattress choice change the price?
Every divan bed price includes the Sprung mattress. Upgrades add an exact amount on top: Memory Foam +£20, Orthopedic +£30, 1000 Pocket +£40, 2000 Pocket +£60. Don't need a mattress? Choose "None" and the price drops to the bed-only price — Single £110, Double £130, King £140, Super King £180. Try it live in the divan configurator. The same mattress choices apply to the Wing Panel Bed, on its own page.
What colours are available?
Divan beds come in four fabrics — Plush Velvet, Chenille, Crushed Velvet and Naples — with 44 colours between them, from Steel, Silver and Grey to Sapphire, Mustard Gold, Maroon and Teal. Every colour is included in the price — choosing a colour never changes the total. Pick your fabric and colour in the configurator above, or message us and we'll send photos of the colours in stock.
How do I order?
The fastest way is WhatsApp: tap any WhatsApp button on this page, or tap the number +44 7984 328938. You can also call the same number, or fill in the enquiry form below and send it to us on WhatsApp.
Can I collect from the warehouse instead?
Yes — collection can be arranged when you order. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the collection time.
